The Independent Kitchen Advice Bureau, or iKAB, provides you with the support you need with regard to kitchen

What Do We Do?

iKAB offer an independent survey & report service to those dealing with problem kitchens. This can enable you to negotiate
a suitable settlement with your kitchen supplier without the need for legal proceedings.

However, if your kitchen complaint cannot be resolved with the supplier on the merit of the survey alone, the survey itself
can act as a preliminary Independent Expert Report. This means the court can rely upon the survey iKAB supplies with regard to your problem kitchen and appropriate action that should be taken.

Fortunately, the iKAB survey itself, is, in most cases, sufficient enough to allow customers and retailers to negotiate a
resolution with regard to the problem kitchen without litigation.
